WHS Ralph G. Lenhar Scholarship FundThe Purpose of the Ralph G. Lenhard Scholarship Fund is to provide scholarships to deserving candidates intending to pursue a course of study in the 9 Month Certificate Program for Hearing Aid Specialist Training (HAST). | WHS gIVES BACK fUNDThe purpose of the Washington Hearing Society Gives Back Fund is to provide a contribution to candidates or organizations intended to improve accessibility for those with hearing impairment or educated individuals on hearing loss/hearing prevention. |
Who Are We?To enhance the competency and knowledge of hearing healthcare professionals in order to better facilitate effective treatment for hearing impaired individuals we interact with here in the Pacific Northwest. Our mission is accomplished through measuring & classifying hearing loss, providing quality continuing education, consumer advocacy regarding healthy hearing & hearing loss as well as providing liaison with state and federal regulatory agencies. WHS adheres to a comprehensive code of ethics and strives to ensure best practices are followed by our members & throughout our industry. |
